 OUR INTERCULTURAL OFFER

 

Our Cross Cultural Program seeks to enhance relationships in the workplace, between colleagues, and with customers and stakeholders. It does this by exploring how behaviour can be influenced by culture, and how we can improve our communication with people from different cultural backgrounds. We provide three basic types of Cross Cultural Training  CULTURE AWARENESS TRAINING refers to many or multiple cultures all interacting, i.e. a team involving many cultures. CULTURE SPECIFIC TRAINING refers to two cultures coming together, i.e. Germans and Arabs negotiating within a business meeting and RELOCATION TRAINING covers all aspects of living and working in your destination country.

Based on our eBook: TRAINER MANUAL we have launched  in 2009 a practice-oriented 2-day course called: TRAINING for INTERCULTURAL TRAINER, enrolling over 800 trainers since then. 2011 we have launched one year professional course: INTERCULTURAL TRAINER TRAINING certificate course. This one year professional course  is for people who are considering switch of profession from a functional role to a trainer and learn new skills and techniques in intercultural course design and delivery. Finally 2015 we flipped our trainings to personalise learning to all participants all over the world and make them take ownership of their learning!  Our TRAIN the INTEGRAL TRAINER (TIT™) Program integrates the best components of both conventional and alternative approaches to education into a fuller, wider, deeper, more transformative educational space.

Our INTERCULTURAL COACHING is the individual psychological onsite consultancy program focuses on increasing the organizational outcome by impacting on core skills of key personnel, teams and the leadership which become the centrum of the supervision. Core elements of the leadership supervision includes following topics: Intercultural Competence and Intercultural Leadership. We are specialised in providing practical support for WOMEN IN BUSINESS. We provide also Coaching for MIXED MARRIAGES helping intercultural couples cope and maintain a loving relationship when faced with multiple roadblocks.

INTERCULTURAL TRAINING

SIETAR is Europe’s largest association of interculturalists and is part of the worldwide SIETAR network. SIETAR works to: contribute to more effective communication among people of different cultures and backgrounds and enhance intercultural awareness in policy-making, business, education and civil society.
