2016 we flipped our Train-the-Integral-Trainer TIT™ to personalise learning to all participants and make them take ownership of their learning! Following the latest design trends we use fantastic Google Classroom LMS tool. Our videos, presentations, and other material is now delivered to our participants outside of meeting rooms using Google simple end elegant interface. It is easy to set up, saves time and enhances communication around the world.
This course is ‘self-paced’, which means that you can follow your own rhythm in terms of studying and practicing what is offered. You can also decide how far or how deeply you want to go with the provided material, as well as which of your personal strengths and characteristics you want to bring to it and develop. An Integral approach to education means that we include multiple perspectives. It seeks to understand the subjective experience of others and to find value in those, and offer an effective tool to transform ourselves, serve our students, and create multidimensional curriculum. INCLUDES approaches to education from biological, neurological, societal, cultural, psychological, and spiritual fields of study;
INVOLVES considering the individual and collective aspects of teachers and students, as well as the interior and exterior modes of experience and reality;
CONSIDERS the many developmental lines in a human being – cognitive, emotional, somatic, interpersonal, artistic, moral, spiritual and others;
UNDERSTANDS that these lines evolve in stages, or levels, such as pre-conventional, conventional, and post-conventional, and that each human being passes through these levels and cannot skip any one;
ACKNOWLEDGES the importance for an individual’s development and motivation of states of consciousness;
CONSIDERS types, people’s enduring tendencies and inclinations towards, for example, introversion or extroversion; agency or communion; and orderliness or spontaneity.
In our long teaching praxis we recognise that each person prefers different learning styles and techniques. It is why we use a variety different teaching methods to get the same message across and make sure that no one is left out or falls behind. It is our way of making sure that all participants engage with all of the subject content, especially the key concepts and learning points. Our trainings consist of different sessions combining short lectures and practical exercises and involves a great deal of interaction. Simulations and team exercises aim to not only identify, but to fully understand the key differences in cultural behaviour.
In combining cognitive (didactic) and participatory (experiential) learning our relocation course program seeks to introduce to the knowledge, attitudes, and skills needed to live and work successfully in multicultural context.

OUR INTEGRAL APPROACH
The Train-The-Integral-Trainer Program is based on the holistic and integrated approach to values education for human development, which recognises the connectedness of mind, body and spirit. It means that we pay attention to the physical, personal, social, emotional and spiritual development of us and of our students as well as of cognitive aspects of learning. We see both our students and ourselves as integrated and interconnected. We recognise learning as a social activity, value collaborative learning and community participation as well as connections to the natural world.
Our Train the Integral Trainer Program is based on the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) which helps in comparing national qualifications systems, frameworks and their levels to make qualifications more readable and understandable across different countries and systems in Europe. It recognises the international standards of training and certification. The quality of the course is secure through the European Quality Assurance Reference Framework (EQAVET) – a reference instrument designed to help EU countries promote and monitor the continuous improvement of their vocational education and training systems on the basis of commonly agreed references.
All participants who complete the course successfully will receive the INTEGRAL TRAINER CERTIFICATE.
